“The room we were originally checked into was not clean. The sheets had a lot of hair on them and some smudges. There was trash on the floor of the bathroom and dead insects. The room smelled. They changed us to a cleaner room, which was tolerable, so we stayed. The pillows were lumpy. The communication for getting checked in was difficult.”

“We booked a room for our family of 4. Our room was a king bed & fold out couch bed. When we noticed there weren’t any pillows or a blanket for the fold out couch for our kids, we asked the front desk. They had no blankets & only offered extra sheets. They said they were out of blankets. I’m not even sure how this happens as there should have been a blanket for this bed in our room. They were only able to find one pillow. “Not a bad hotel at all. They could heat up the coffee before 7:00 when people come in for breakfast.”

“The staff did their best, but the condition of the furnishings and carpet etc needs to be addressed. Our key cards didn’t work on multiple occasions; many others in the hotel had the same problem. The rooms are gloomy and dark. The dresser in the room had drawers that kept sliding open. The sofa in the room was stained and worn; we were afraid to sit on it. Some of our party wanted to use the pool. There were no pool towels. The hot tub water was green and needed to be cleaned.”

“There was a large sticky spot in the carpet and a leak in the ceiling in the shower. I reported the problems and they said maintenance would look into it. With 2 issues in the room, I was disappointed they didn’t move us to a different room or at least comp the room. ”

“The room was nice and spacious. It was pretty clean, but my comforter definitely had cigarette burns in it even though it’s a smoke free hotel. The common areas were clean and the staff was helpful!”
